One of the essential components of entering into the eternal nowgasm is the art of being still. This is because most of our life is spent 'doing' things, but this 'doingness' is only half of our greater nature; the other half is just being. As words and images are limited in their potency, as well as most often carrying a serious nature, it is best to keep in mind that, in this realm, one of the most fruitful nowgasms is an unrelenting belly laugh. This is because the moment we 'lighten up'- as the saying so aptly implies- we become enlightened. It is for this reason that the image of Maitreya- the Buddha to come- is often represented by the Laughing Buddha.
